Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in our Job Hunt Domination Program.

Program Commitment Requirements
This is an intensive, commitment-based program. By enrolling, you agree to:
- Dedicate 6-8 hours daily for the program duration
- Complete all daily tasks in the 5-5-5 system
- Attend all scheduled sessions and workshops
- Actively participate in networking and interview practice
- Track and report your progress daily
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the program
Payment Terms
Performance Scholarship Plan
- ₹25,000 upfront payment required
- 50% scholarship (₹12,500) refunded upon securing job within 60 days
- 100% commitment to program activities required for scholarship eligibility
Pay-When-You-Earn Plan
- ₹10,000 upfront payment required
- ₹20,000 due within 15 days of receiving first salary
- No scholarships or refunds available under this plan
Program Delivery & Services
We provide:
- 30-day structured job hunt program with weekly milestones
- Daily 5-5-5 system guidance and tracking
- Professional tools training (Jira & Git)
- Interview preparation and negotiation skills
- Networking strategies and market immersion
- Lifetime access to alumni community
- Career guidance and placement support
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Performance Scholarship Plan: Scholarship refund available only upon job placement within 60 days and 100% program completion
- Pay-When-You-Earn Plan: No refunds available; remaining balance due upon job placement
- Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment
- No refunds for partial program completion or voluntary withdrawal
- Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis
User Responsibilities
As a program participant, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during enrollment
- Maintaining confidentiality of program materials and strategies
- Respecting other participants and program staff
- Following all program guidelines and deadlines
- Reporting any issues or concerns promptly
- Using program resources ethically and professionally
Limitation of Liability
While we provide comprehensive job hunt training and support, we cannot guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes. Our liability is limited to the program fees paid. We are not responsible for:
- Market conditions or employer hiring decisions
- Individual performance variations or outcomes
- Third-party service interruptions or failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
